Day 06: Bangalore - Mysore
Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for city tour of
Bangalore in the morning.
Visit prominent attractions of the city such as the Bangalore Palace and Fort - built by Kempegowda and expanded by Tipu Sultan, there is a well preserved ancient Ganpathi Temple encased within its huge walls, Lal Bagh - Hyder Ali laid this beautiful sprawling garden complex by importing trees and plants from several countries, Government Museum - one of the oldest museums in India houses a rare collection of artefacts from the Mohenjoodaro period. Drive to Mysore, at a distance of 140 km (3 hr) from Bangalore En-route sight seeing of Srirangapatnam. Reach Mysore and transfer to hotel. Sightseeing of PALACE and the temples. Overnight at Mysore.
