Some of the famous attractions include Arjuna's Penace, Krishna Mandapam and the Shore Temples.

Next, move on to Kanchipuram, one of the seven sacred cities in India and the erstwhile capital of the Pallavas. Kanchipuram is one of the most spectacular temple cities in the country where Gopurams can be seen from miles away. The city is also known for its silk clothing.
