Day 02: Chennai - Tirupati

Proceed by road to Tirupati. The 140 km journey from Chennai to Tirupati can be covered in approximately 3 hrs. Enjoy the scenic beauty enroute.

Situated at the foot of Tirumala hills, the pilgrimage town Tirupati is the abode of lord Venkateswara. The sacred temple of Sri Venkateswara stands on the seventh peak of the Tirupati hill. The temple is thronged by a large number of tourists from around the globe.

Reach and check in at the hotel. Proceed for darshans of lord Balaji in the afternoon.
