Day 11: Bangalore - Mysore

After having breakfast at the hotel, we move on by road to Mysore. Mysore is situated at a distance of 127 km (2.5 hr) from Bangalore. The ride is an absolutely comfortable affair on the newly constructed four lane state highway.

Visit the historical town of Srirangapatna en-route. The town is famous as the site for the historical final battle between the British and the 'Tiger of Mysore', Tipu Sultan. After having an overview of the city, we move on to complete the rest of the journey towards Mysore.

Arrive and check in at the hotel.

Dinner and overnight will be at Mysore.
