Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
Get a taste of traditional Indian warmth and
hospitality as you step down at the Indira Gandhi International Airport
in Delhi, where our company representatives will receive and transfer
you to the hotel in a luxury air-conditioned vehicle. The hotel is
centrally located in the heart of the city, which makes it easily
accessible from all the major tourist and commercial hot-spots of Delhi.
Delhi can be broadly categorised into the old and new city. Old
Delhi with its rustic charm and a royal past was the capital of numerous
kingdoms, a glimpse of which can still be found in the crumbling walls
and remains of huge gates that once secluded this kingdom of emperor
Shah Jahan from the outside world. Predominantly a labyrinth of crowded
lanes clad with cycle rickshaws and ancient havelis, Delhi can be a
cultural shock for first time visitors. New Delhi, on the other hand, is
an amalgam of modernities with a tinge of past. Get lost in a barrage of
skyscrapers, contemporary shopping malls and generous leafy avenues.
Dinner and night stay will be in Delhi.

- Take a stroll at JNU trekking up the Parthasarthi rock.
- Late night snack at the roadside dhabas.
